Antalya
If you want to visit some quiet beach towns and some amazingly beautiful ancient cities, Antalya is the place to base yourself. Positioned on the central Mediterranean coast it is the main city. Antalya itself also offers several km’s of beaches covered in pebbles and the core of historic Roman-Ottoman. From Antalya you can travel easily to Alanya, Patara and Side.
Bodrem
Some would argue that Bodrum is the South Aegean’s most beautiful resort, with a harbor for yachts, and the port where ferries from the Greek Island, Kos, arrive. The water activities in Bodrem include boating, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. If being on dry land is more your style then there is many famous discos that will keep you occupied until that sun is up.
Kusadasi
This popular resort has something for everyone. Even with an abundant of tourist villages and literally hundreds of restaurants, Kusadasi has keep a local feel with cheap food and good old hospitality. Being set into this wonderful gulf are wide sandy beaches and a big marina. While in Kusadasi you must take the short trip to the ancient city of Ephesus. Also enjoy all the nightclubs, bars, local cafes and one of the don’t miss experiences is that of a “Turkish Nights” themed events.
Marmaris
If sophistication and variety is what you look for in a holiday then Marmaris is the place for you. With a steep mountain enclosed with magnificent pine trees, and at the foot of the mountain you will find a beautiful bay. You can enjoy a fantastic market, which is completely Turkish, lovely winding streets and traditional whitewashed accommodation. With such a large assortment of activities you will never be short of things to do. Water sports, sailing or just relaxing. Walk along the promenade or go out eating and dancing.
